Is this site free?
We are offering a completely free version for the first one thousand users.
How do I tell friends about this site?
There are a few ways you can tell friends about this site. a) Use the Invite Friend link on the top of each page, enter their email address. b) Use the Share link on photos, profiles, music etc. and add email addresses / share in social bookmark sites. c) Get on the phone and call them!
How do I upload a profile picture?
Login, go to My Profile, top right of screen, then click Profile Photo.
How do I upload multiple photos?
To upload multiple images at the same time you should select the Photo Albums link, under the Photos menu item. Create an album, then upload multiple images. You can upload up to 50 images per album.
How do I record a video for my profile?
Login, go to My Profile, top right of screen, then click Profile Video. You need a webcam for this. Click record, wait for the file to be processed then the video will appear in your profile. Please note, we are not reposnible for you connection speed, you may have to wait a few seconds for the file to fully upload.
What are Boards?
Boards are virtual blackboards or whiteboards - you can use them to draw whatever you like and show your friends / contacts online real time. The images cannot be saved but are streamed realtime for others to see.
Can I search for music?
You can brose using the options under the music tab, or alternatively you can use the tags to search for keywords.
How do I chat to someone?
Finf them on the Member menu, if they are online you can IM (instant message) them. Also, you can download the My Presence desktop application, which will show you who is online without needing to come to the site. From there you can IM them.
Where can I get support if I am not sure how to use this site?
Make sure you have at least regsistered as a user, then send a message to the user ThailandWebZone, we will arrange online help via the chat function.
Can I suggest functions / enhancements to the site?
Sure! Send them via the feedback link at top of page, or send a message to the user ThailandWebZone and we will try to implement.
Music and video takes a long time to load.
Thailand Web Zone cannot control your connection speed or bandwidth usage. Sometimes it may be slower to upload music and video than other times. NOTE: Upload is fast but you may have to wait a few seconds to up to 1-2 minutes for the file to fully convert after upload.
What should I do if I need more information on the various functions in this site?
Thailand Web Zone will answer any questions you may have in the Forums section of this site. Click the forums tab and got to the Thailand Web Zone: Features and How To's forum.
